Problems While doing project in RAD

Rapid Application Development is not a single room work we want to meet customers again and again and want to get they satisfaction. some times we may go with an some idea but customers may expect totally\ different from that. we also doing our project under the RAD method so we decide and collect some information's about our project and draft model view then we select few entity's in our system  to collect information.

our team decide to meet library , one center ,one office and one department in order get the structure and function of these places. when we go to meet one center we faced first barrier that we didn't get the permission to collect the  information about they Resources, function, about the staff and we didn't know who has the full information about that center at that stage we learned a one good think that  how to move formally to collect information's in one project . first of all we want to get the permission from the appropriate authority to collect the information in our life when we go to collect information and want to know who is the person response to that authority. in this stage we might face another stage that the appropriate person may not be in chair at the time when we go so we want to go again and again to get official and authorized information about that particular department or center.

Then we decide to get the permission letter so we meet again our in-charge lecturer and decide to get the letter from the Head of the Department. he asked about our project so summery is in our system main user's are going to be a lectures , staff's and students . they going to be find the Resources of the university such as lecture halls, auditorium's, practical labs, internet labs,sports equipment's and etc. then the head expand our project he suggest their is no point in just search the resource at least some options want to higher persons to use or request to Resource in-charged persons to ensure it's allocation. so this is the special case in RAD head one of the main user in our system who response for one department entity expect something more from  we decide like wise in real project works customers may also expect something more from what we have so we want to be ready for develop that also because customer satisfaction is the end point of the RAD.

So this stage on wards our project going to expand...
